Vladimir Salkov Sports manager

Vladimir Maksimovich Salkov (Russian: Владимир Максимович Сальков, Ukrainian: Володимир Максимович Сальков) (born 1 April 1937 in Stalino, USSR, now Ukraine) is a Russian-Ukrainian football manager and former defender. He is a Merited Coach of Ukraine (1975) and a Merited Coach of the USSR (1989). He is considered to be one of the most legendary players and managers in the history of Shakhtar Donetsk.
