Vsevolod Rudnev Military person
Vsevolod Fyodorovich Rudnev (Russian: Все́волод Фёдорович Ру́днев August 31, 1855 - July 20, 1913) was a career naval officer in the Imperial Russian Navy, noted for his heroic role in the Battle of Chemulpo Bay during the Russo-Japanese War of 1904-1905.
