Wayne H. Babbitt
Wayne H. Babbitt (April 21, 1928 – August 6, 1994) was a Republican politician in the U.S. state of Arkansas, who in 1972 became the only member of his party ever to oppose the reelection of entrenched Democratic U.S. Senator John L. McClellan.
