Xu Qiliang Military person
Xu Qiliang (Chinese: 许其亮; pinyin: Xǔ Qíliàng; born on March 1950) is a general in the People's Liberation Army (PLA) of the People's Republic of China, Vice chairman of the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China (CPC), and the commander of the People's Liberation Army Air Force from 2007 to 2012.
