Yaşar Aliyev Politician
Yashar Teymur oglu Aliyev (Azerbaijani: Yaşar Teymur oğlu Əliyev) (born 19 August 1955) is Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to the United Nations. He was the Ambassador of Republic of Azerbaijan to the United States in 2006-2011 and Permanent Representative of Azerbaijan to the United Nations in 2002—2006. He was also the first Azerbaijan's ambassador to Cuba (2006).
