Yong Vui Kong Criminal
Yong Vui Kong (born 23 January 1988) is a Malaysian citizen who was sentenced to death by hanging in Singapore for carrying heroin. His sentence was reduced to life imprisonment and caning as a result of Singapore's amendments to the Misuse of Drugs Act.
