Žydrūnas Ilgauskas Basketball player
Žydrūnas Ilgauskas (born June 5, 1975), or "Big Z", is a Lithuanian former professional basketball center who played for the Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heat of the National Basketball Association. He played for the Cavaliers from 1997 to 2010, and is the team's career leader in several categories, including games played and blocks. In 2012, Ilgauskas became assistant general manager for the Cavaliers under general manager Chris Grant.
