Barry Maister Athlete

Barry John Maister ONZM (born June 6, 1948 in Christchurch) is a former field hockey player from New Zealand, who was a member of the national team that won the gold medal at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal. Maister was made an Officer of the New Zealand Order of Merit in the 2012 New Year Honours, for services to sport.
