Elvira Sakhipzadovna Nabiullina (Russian: Эльвира Сахипзадовна Набиуллина; Bashkir: Нәбиуллина Эльвира Сәхипзада ҡыҙы; born 29 October 1963) is a Russian economist and head of the Central Bank of Russia, who was Vladimir Putin's economic adviser between May 2012 to June 2013 after serving as minister of economic development and trade from September 2007 to May 2012. As of 2014, she is listed as the 72nd most powerful woman in the world by Forbes.
