Joe Isbell American football player
Joe Bob Isbell (born July 7, 1940 in Gorman, Texas) is a former American football offensive lineman in the National Football League for the Dallas Cowboys and Cleveland Browns. He played college football at the University of Houston and was selected in the twentieth round of the 1962 AFL Draft by the Houston Oilers.Joe Bob Isbell was born to Earl P. Isbell and Beulah J. Alexander Isbell. He is a 6th Cousin to professional ballplayers and fellow Texans Cecil Isbell, Larry Isbell, and Cody Isbell. His father was a fifth cousin 1x Removed of them, rather than a 5th Cousin, as previously reported.
