John Ackland Rugby player
Richard John Ackland (born 2 August 1958 in Auckland) is a New Zealand rugby league coach and scout and former cricketer who currently works for the New Zealand Warriors in the National Rugby League(NRL). He is a former player and represented New Zealand in 1983. His late uncle, Ron, also played for New Zealand.
