Phil English Politician

Philip Sheridan "Phil" English (born June 20, 1956) served as a Republican member of the United States House of Representatives from 1995 - 2009 from the U.S. state of Pennsylvania, representing the state's 3rd Congressional district. After 14 years in the U.S. House, he was defeated for reelection by Democrat Kathy Dahlkemper on Nov. 4, 2008.
