John Welbourn American football player
John Welbourn (born March 30, 1976) is a former American football offensive tackle and guard. He was drafted by the Philadelphia Eagles in the fourth round of the 1999 NFL Draft. He played college football at California. Welbourn has also been a member of the Kansas City Chiefs and New England Patriots. John is now the creator and operator of Power Athlete HQ and CrossFit Football.
