Todd Whitten College coach

Philip Todd Whitten (born February 16, 1965) is an American football coach and former player. He is currently the wide receivers coach at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), a position he assumed in January 2013. Whitten served as head coach at Tarleton State University in 1996 and from 2000 to 2004, and Sam Houston State University from 2005 to 2009, compiling a career college football record of 70 wins and 51 losses.
