DeMeco Ryans American football player
DeMeco Ryans (/dɨˈmiːkoʊ/; born July 28, 1984) is an American football linebacker for the Philadelphia Eagles of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the University of Alabama, and received unanimous All-American honors. He was chosen by the Houston Texans in the second round of the 2006 NFL Draft, and was recognized as the AP NFL Defensive Rookie of the Year in 2006. He was selected to two Pro Bowls, before being traded to the Eagles in the 2012 offseason.
