Joseph Webb, Jr. (born November 14, 1986) is an American football quarterback for the Carolina Panthers of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the UAB Blazers. He was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the sixth round of the 2010 NFL Draft as quarterback.
