Matthew Benjamin Mulligan (born January 18, 1985) is an American football tight end for the Tennessee Titans. He was signed by the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent in 2008. He played college football at Maine.Mulligan has also been a member of the Tennessee Titans, New York Jets, St. Louis Rams, Green Bay Packers, New England Patriots, Chicago Bears, and Arizona Cardinals.
